Radha files complaint against Ambika

Today, veteran Tamil actress Radha filed a legal complaint against her sister, actress Ambika alleging that her signed blank cheques were stolen from her house and misused to claim 46 crores.

According to reports, actress Radha filed a legal complaint in Chennai claiming that she had signed and kept a few blank cheques in her house to use for utilities and maintenance. Those cheques were stolen in her absence while she was travelling and misused by her sister Ambika and their brother Mallikarjuna Kunjan Nair.

Furthermore, reports state that those were old cheques belonging to Radha; because she renamed the studio she manages in 2025, she received a new chequebook with the updated name and stopped using the old one. Consequently, she forgot about the old cheques, which were then stolen from her house and misused by her siblings due to family property disputes.

She also noted that when the bank called her after an old cheque was presented to withdraw cash in her sister Ambika’s name, she immediately asked the bank to pause the transaction and filed a legal complaint against the act.

At the same time, in the complaint, Radha also accused her siblings of preventing her from using their family property. Police officials have now started their investigation based on this complaint, and further details will reveal what actually happened and whether her siblings truly committed these offences against Radha.
