Man Quits Smoking To Play GTA!

GTA 6 has to be one of the most anticipated and hyped games we’ve had in a while, and the entire gaming community keeping their eyes peeled for Rockstar to shock the world.

Gaming has the potential of doing great things, ranging from charity raising stream marathons to things on a smaller, more personal space. One such fan, took to social media platform ‘Reddit’ to tell the world his beautiful and inspiring tale.

User JoeRoganLife wrote in his post how he had become a heavy chainsmoker to the point where he had been coughing a lot recently and feeling terrible constantly. Despite these things, he said that he couldn’t bring himself to quit as addiction is a terrible thing and had his hands cuffed.

However, the hype for GTA VI has made him do the impossible, and it’s been 10 days clean for him. He conveyed how the thought of him being in a hospital or under heavy medications during the game’s release has now made him quit ‘cold turkey’, and will make sure to be in perfect health at the time of release to enjoy the experience in its whole.

Linking a passion for gaming with the will to stay healthy is a good one, and if it means that one more person quits smoking, then that’s a brilliant result to be celebrated. Hopefully, he will keep up the momentum and enjoy the GTA 6 trailer which Rockstar will be releasing in early December and go on to enjoy the game as well.
