Microsoft Working With More Indian Women?

To promote women in India’s IT sector, Microsoft, a well-known tech corporation, collaborates with Indian businesses like Accenture and HCL Technologies. Under its ‘Code; Without Barriers’ initiative, the corporation intends to train 75,000 women in sophisticated technology skills including cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

During the Microsoft AI Tour in Bengaluru, Microsoft’s chairman and CEO, Satya Nadella, revealed the information and emphasized the significance of AI in the Indian IT sector. The project seeks to give women the tools they need to succeed in technical positions.

Microsoft is concentrating on the Indian IT sector, especially concerning AI initiatives on GitHub and other platforms. By 2027, India is expected to have the largest developer community on the platform and rank second globally for AI projects. By 2025, Microsoft hopes to increase AI proficiency in India by teaching 2 million Indians about AI and training 75,000 women engineers.

To promote creativity in India’s developing tech sector and make AI education more accessible, they are collaborating with regional businesses like Sarvam AI. Microsoft’s initiatives complement those of Google and Meta, which invest in India’s IT talent.
