Passengers Demand Accountability

When a tragedy is still fresh in memory, brushing incidents aside as routine feels like a refusal to acknowledge passengers’ concerns. Families who lost loved ones in June want empathy, responsibility, and visible systemic change, not corporate reassurances or statistical defences.

Promises of Safety Culture

Air India has highlighted voluntary reporting and tighter checks as proof of a renewed safety focus. While such efforts are positive, they cannot overshadow the fact that the crash exposed deeper failures that need urgent and structural corrective measures.

Public Relations or Real Reform?

Families still in mourning deserve humility rather than investor-friendly statements. Treating safety reports as a PR issue instead of a systemic weakness shows dangerous insensitivity. Safety is not about numbers. It is about lives, grief, and the trust of passengers.
