The UAE has launched a new nomination-based Golden Visa scheme, which will allow Indians to obtain lifetime residency in Dubai without investing in property or business.

Until now, those seeking Dubai’s Golden Visa must invest in property valued at least AED 2 million (around ₹4.66 crore) or to invest a substantial amount in a business in the country.

But now, Indians can get the much-coveted Golden Visa for life by paying a fee of AED 1,00,000 (around ₹23.30 lakh), subject to background verification and benefit assessments.

This visa will also allow you to bring your family, hire domestic staff, run a business, or take up employment.

This is a very rosy offer, especially for the Rich in India.

India is already suffering from Brain Drain as the educated youth are exploring opportunities to go abroad to make a good living.

The trend of the Rich moving away to other countries also picked up pace over the years, citing quality of life, low taxes, better infrastructure, etc.

This new Golden Visa will make that a lot easier.

The complete details of this are yet to emerge, but Social Media is upbeat about this and is discussing why there is no incentive to stay in India.

Dubai has 0% income tax and comes with a Global Standard quality of life. If you are into business, the country offers one of the easiest environments for doing business.

India, on the other hand, makes life increasingly difficult.
