An Indian origin man has become the latest victim of gun related violence in the United States of America. A 36 year old Indian American was shot dead by an attacker whose identity has not been released in what the authorities are claiming to be a robbery. The incident took place in the North Carolina State of the USA.
The police have arrested the suspect in this case and it is shocking that once again there is a juvenile behind the attack. The victim ran the Tobacco House convenience store in the area which was a community place in the neighborhood.
The whole community is shocked by the sad demise of the store owner. The arrested teenager’s identity has not been revealed by the police because he is a juvenile. According to the reports, the man was shot dead in an attempt of robbery at the store.
When the police arrived at the scene, the victim was still alive and injured. He was taken to a hospital and from there to another for the treatment but he succumbed to his injuries. There have been numerous incidents of Indian origin people and Indian nationals getting killed in the US this year.
