Is Your H-1B Visa in Danger?

As the month of October 1st draws near, anxieties build up for many applicants for H1B visas.

More than 137,500 employees were left jobless in the massive wave of layoffs in the tech industry, affecting many Indian workers who were holders of such visas.

This job scarcity has therefore meant that holders of such visas face strict deadlines for finding new employment of face the pressure of having to leave the United States.

Changes in visa policies have only seemed to complicate matters, especially regarding skyrocketing application fees and huge green card backlogs sometimes stretching beyond 190 years into the future for applicants.

With these things wavering around, the future looks uncertain for many hoping to secure their professional lives in the U.S.
