According to the police, a 42-year-old woman drove her daughter, two sons, and a nephew to 138 Rockcrest Road. The daughter was delivering a goody bag to her friend’s house.
The daughter, aged 10, and her 6-year-old brother rang the doorbell and left a bag of Halloween candy on the porch before returning to the vehicle.
As they drove away, the daughter realized that they may have visited the wrong address. They returned to the house, and the 6-year-old boy got out of the vehicle to retrieve the goody bag from the porch. At that moment, a man came out of the house, opened the front door, and pointed a black handgun at the boy’s head.
