Most Influential Indians According To Time!

From politicians to athletes, artists to business leaders, the Indian influence is making a mark in the entire world. In Time’s 100 Most Influential List of 2024, 8 individuals of Indian descent have reserved their spot. This list contains 4 categories: Leaders, heroes, artists, and thinkers. On Wednesday this list was released featuring individuals from several sectors.

This list included Ajay Banga, the president of the World Bank, who has taken steps to eradicate world hunger and prevent climate change.

Satya Nadella, who is currently the CEO of Microsoft, has contributed to the world of AI and ethical tech.
Dev Patel, who is known for his roles in Hollywood, especially, “Slumdog Millionaire”, has contributed to the craft of cinema with his latest directorial and acting venture, “Monkey Man”.

Sakshi Malik is the only Indian female wrestler who has won an Olympic medal. And her contribution to the field sports is noteworthy.
Asma Khan is a British restaurateur, with culinary prowess is being celebrated for her innovative approach to cuisine.

Priyamvada Natarajan has been acknowledged for her groundbreaking research in the study of dark matter and dark energy.
Jigar Shah has been honored for his contribution to economic development initiatives on a global scale.
