Adult Drama Thank You For Coming Now Streaming

A recent Bollywood drama that made headlines with its adult theme is “Thank You for Coming,” starring Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Kusha Kapilla, and Shibani Bedi in lead roles. Despite underperforming at the box office, the film is now available on Netflix India for streaming.

The movie revolves around Bhumi’s character, who is approaching her 30s but has never experienced an orgasm. Her sole desire is to achieve this, but she repeatedly fails, highlighting the struggle through various unsuccessful attempts by her partners.

The film falls into the category of feminist movies attempting to depict women’s challenges from their perspective. While there have been successful feminist stories like “Lipstick Under My Burkha,” many others, such as “Four More Shots Please” or “Veere Di Wedding,” often lack depth and feel superficial in their portrayal of feminist themes.

“Thank You for Coming,” produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor, is another attempt that falls short due to its haphazard treatment and immature writing.
