Amazon MX Player is set to take over the OTT realm with a set of new shows and stories on display for the viewers. During the Amazon MX Player’s StreamNext event, several new series were introduced for the upcoming years.
These include several ongoing projects including Aashram 3, Hunter 2, Hip Hop India 2, and many more such shows. High-profile actors were also present at the event showcasing how Amazon MX Player aims to rule the business with top faces of the Indian cinema.
With announcing over 100 new shows for 2025, the upcoming joy ride Amazon MX Player aims to deliver will include blockbuster originals, reality shows, and a new column MX Vdesi content which includes K-Dramas, Mandarin, and Turkish content for the viewers.
With shows such as Hunter, Aashram, Jamnapar, Hip Hop India, Half CA, Sixer, and Who’s Your Gynac, the streaming service will also provide several new stories like Bhay, The Titan Story and a new reality show featuring Ashneer Grover titled Rise and Fall.
There will be a new series released every week on the MX Vdesi column ranging from a variety of shows in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. With over 250 Million monthly users, Amazon MX Player is devoted to changing the landscape of Indian streaming services.
As it reaches new heights with a blockbuster set of shows and movies ahead, it remains to be seen how it attempts to gain more viewership and redefine the OTT scene in India.
