When Squid Games were at its peak it was heard that David Fincher might Do the remake of this long awaited series, if we recall rumours had it David Fincher was going to be working on a US version of the series .
So officially the sources say that not only Fincher is working on the Project by the back tracking Chinatown.
Fincher has been “quietly working” on Squid Game for the last two years and has even tapped Dennis Kelly Utopia to write the project.
We have seen movies like Fight Club, Seven, Gone Girl and many more by him so we can expect something generously big from this movie now.
In 2021 when Squid game was a massive deal since then he is excited to work with this team of squid game.
Last year in an interview it was said that Fincher agreed to Netflix’s offer to take up the project.
It’s an odd pairing to say the least, but it could work only for the fact that, much like many of Fincher’s best films, “Squid Game” deals as much with psychological violence as it does with the physical kind.
