Prime Video’s Unexpected Subscription Twist

There has been a case of huge user discontentment regarding the rental policy of Prime Video. Subscribers have complained that even after paying a hefty amount of money, the platform compels them to buy add-on subscriptions and rent most of the movies.

Now, in an interesting turn of events, Prime Video’s rental policy has become more frustrating. A user has taken it to social media to complain how his movie experience was disrupted because of the policy.

The user says that he was watching a movie on Prime Video and kept it aside for the night to resume it the next morning. But when he opens up Prime to watch the rest, it has gone to the rental section.

This is very disturbing for movie fans. Watching a movie and when you are halfway through it suddenly goes on to the rental section overnight. Prime Video Should care a little bit more about the satisfaction of fans. This is too much and people will not be very happy with the platform if it goes like this.

There has been huge outrage over the rental policies and the device removal in the past few weeks and the platform has to rethink it’s strategies now.
