Netflix’s Spy Saga: Another Blockbuster Hit?

It seems like spy thrillers are getting a lot of space in the Hindi OTT platforms, with “Special Ops Season 2” on the way, “Saare Jahan Se Accha Season 1” is also on the lineup premiering on August 13th only on Netflix India.

Right after the massive success of “Scam 1992”, Netflix India is setting a benchmark for the spy thriller genre.

Now the question is after the massive success of “Scam 1992” will “Saare Jahan Se Accha” live up to the hype?

Created by Gaurav Shukla and Sumit Purohit, the series promises to deliver high stakes political invasions, complex characters and a massive storyline.

With an immaculate star cast Pratik Gandhi, Sunny Hinduja, Suhail Nayyar, Tillotama Shome, Rajat Kapoor, Kritika Kamra, and more the expectations for this series is really high.

Pratik Gandhi, who became a famous name after “Scam 1992”, is coming back again to Netflix with a role that could rewrite his career once again.

The storyline is much like “Raazi” and “Special Ops”, but with the slow burn storyline the thing to notice is would it convey the same feeling the other spy thrillers gave to the audience.
