Actor Alleged to Occupy Government’s Land Illegally

Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan have been alleged by the Congress party member Kiran Gaikwad that two plots of the land bought by the Roshans are owned by the Government and that the celebs have occupied the space out of the law.

The Roshan’s have recently bought 15,000 sqmt of land at Maval Taluka under the name of one of their companies Sunder Bhawar Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd. The Congress leader states that one of the plots of the 15,000 sqft which measures about 504 sqmt belongs to the government and another plot of survey number 182 was opted out for a burial ground.

Gaikwad has approached the municipal chief executive office appealing to take back the plots from Roshans. On the other side, the Roshans’ spokesperson made it clear that the celebs have bought the land with all the documents in place abiding by the law.

The municipal official is going to take the appeal of Gaikwad to the notice of Maharashtra Chief Minister at the earliest and is looking for the appointment. Meanwhile, we have not heard anything from the Roshans’ yet on this issue.
