Director Targets Deepika? Ranveer Betrays His Wife?

The Dhurandhar trailer has created instant buzz, but the real discussion began at the launch event. Aditya Dhar praised his entire team for working 16 to 18 hours a day, saying everyone gave their full focus and energy without a single complaint.

His statement landed at a sensitive time, as the industry is already debating long work hours. Many fans feel he indirectly targeted Deepika Padukone, who first pushed the conversation about fair schedules in Bollywood and questioned the culture of extreme working conditions.

The debate grew stronger because Ranveer Singh is part of Dhurandhar. Viewers believe he went against Deepika’s stance by taking part in a project where the team reportedly worked such long hours every day, even though the couple also has a small daughter at home.

Some users online have accused Aditya Dhar of exploiting his crew by making them work exhausting shifts and then celebrating their silence. They argue that the people behind the camera carry the toughest load and deserve rest instead of pressure to overwork.

Many also questioned why Aditya spoke proudly about such long workdays, as if he saw nothing wrong with the grind. The controversy has now shifted from the trailer to a larger question about respect, working conditions, and whether the comments were aimed at Deepika.
