Ajay Ditches Salman and Supports Akshay: Unfair?

vAjay Devgn recently extended his support to Akshay Kumar’s Kesari Chapter 2, praising the trailer as “outstanding” and wishing his friend Akshay and the team success for the film releasing on April 18, 2025.

This gesture highlighted Bollywood camaraderie, but it also sparked discussions about Ajay’s silence on Salman Khan’s Sikandar, despite their reputed friendship.

Salman, who has often promoted films of fellow actors like Varun Dhawan, Shah Rukh Khan, and even Ajay Devgn himself, received little public support from Bollywood for Sikandar.

Salman Khan has consistently championed other actors’ projects, whether through social media promotions or appearances in their films. For instance, he made cameos in Singham Again for Ajay Devgn and supported Chiranjeevi’s Telugu film.

However, when Sikandar faced mixed reviews and needed backing, Bollywood remained largely silent. Only Aamir Khan actively supported Salman by appearing in a promotional podcast, while Sunny Deol shared a post on social media.

While Ajay Devgn’s enthusiastic promotion of Kesari Chapter 2 reflects solidarity within the industry, his absence from supporting Sikandar raises questions about selective endorsements among Bollywood stars.

This incident underscores the need for reciprocal support in an industry where mutual encouragement can help sustain careers during tough phases.
