South Director, Salman Out! Kartik or Vicky Next?

After the success of Amaran, director Rajkumar Periasamy is prepared to enter Bollywood with a new film. While a lot of details are not confirmed, Rajkumar has reportedly collaborated with Bhushan Kumar to start the casting process for the film.

The new action-drama is going on floors by the first half of next year after Rajkumar completes another film featuring Dhanush.

Notably, the Hindi film is not titled yet, and Rajkumar has reportedly spoken to Vicky Kaushal and Kartik Aaryan for the same.
An insider has claimed that the narration has already been done for both the actors, and the final decision is expected to be out soon.

Moreover, Vicky and Kartik are already impressed with the storyline and Rajkumar’s way of presenting the lead character.

While an official announcement is not out yet, the film has managed to create hype before its release. Everyone remembers the success of Amaran in Tamil as it collected almost Rs. 300 crores at the box office.

Moreover, Rajkumar Periasamy is well aware of how to make a sensible film with commercial elements. Apart from this, other rumors claimed that Salman Khan was supposed to do a film with Rajkumar.

Although there is no confirmation on whether Salman was being considered for this new film, it seems like Kartik or Vicky might grab this role.

Vicky and Kartik already have a huge following among the youth audience, and considering that they would perform hardcore action on screen, people might turn up in theatres in huge numbers. Let’s wait for more updates.
