‘Arjun Reddy’ Going to Colleges in Delhi

Looks like, the Hindi remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’ is on the right path and the schedules of the movie are happening as per their original planning. Sandeep Reddy Vanga has completed the schedule in Mumbai and the team will be moving to Delhi in January. The director is getting ready to can college sequences in eight colleges.

Apparently, Shahid Kapoor who is playing the lead and Kiara Advani playing his lady love are going to be part of these college sequences. It’s learnt each of the eight colleges are meant for a particular backdrop, i.e., one for canteen scenes, another for classroom scenes etc. Sounds interesting. Shahid Kapoor will also be sporting a different look for the college student kind of look.

Though it’s a Hindi remake, Telugu audiences are curious to see how Shahid Kapoor will portray the title role in the intense avatar. Of course, bold scenes and lip-locks aren’t a big deal in Bollywood movies. Here, the way he showcases the intensity is what matters. Audiences are also curious to see if the director has added something which wasn’t there in the original as he once said that he couldn’t include everything he scripted fearing that regional audiences may not take bold content to that extent.
