Producer Thanu, who produced Vijay’s Theri, recently revealed in an interview that he sold the remake rights of Theri to Atlee for ₹7 crores to make Baby John.

Following this, many on social media shared humorous responses, commenting that Producer Thanu was the only person who profited from the disastrous movie.

According to reports, Baby John was made on a budget of ₹160 crores, but so far, the movie hasn’t even collected ₹50 crores at the box office.

Atlee’s debut as a producer and Keerthy Suresh’s debut as an actress in Bollywood ended up as an utter failure, according to social media reactions.
