Can Kartik Aaryan Be as Harami as Akshay Kumar?

Last year Mujhse Shaadi Karogi marked 20 years of its release. The coveted romantic-comedy starred Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra in an exciting love triangle.

Now the rumours have it that the producer of the film Sajid Nadiadwala is going to make Mujhse Shaadi Karogi 2 starring the current generation of lead stars. The most talked about names for this film sequel are Kartik Aryan and Varun Dhawan.

But fans feel that the big challenge that lies for them is creating the same “haraamipan” as Salman and Akshay. They feel that Varun can match Salman and do even better but beating the ultimate Khiladi of comedy would be a challenge for Kartik.

Although many feel that he has already taken over Akshay’s blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa and made it into a hit franchise for himself. It would be difficult to match the level of mastikhor Akshay and meet the demands of today’s audiences.

The female lead is still in talks and there is no hurry as the film’s script is yet to be finalised. Fans feel that to keep the same vibe alive the original director David Dhawan should direct this one too.
