Another Release, Another Flood Of Free Tickets!

Sohum Shah’s ‘Crazxy’ has finally been released. It has got some wonderful reviews from critics and audiences for its unique storytelling and execution. But it still is not getting the expected hype.

And now the makers are having to go back to the same old free ticket trick to generate buzz for the movie.

For Friday and Saturday, if you buy one ticket for Crazxy, you get another for free. We have seen this buy one get one free policy before in case of movies like Sky Force, Azaad and many more. And it does not work that well in the long run.

But if people get excited to watch the movie for the offer and find that it is worth a watch, there are chances that the word of mouth for the movie will spread. But that all dependa on the quality of the film.

After Tumbbad, people have a good deal of trust for Sohum Shah and it is possible that Crazxy goes on to do a crazy business at the box office.

But it is really disappointing that there are not many people wanting to go and see an original film. And then again there is a massive surge of re-releases. But the new and interesting films are getting ignored and being compelled to give free tickets.
