Will Early Positive Reviews Compensate for Weak Buzz?

Haq has hit theatres recently, but the film is not getting its full due. Starring Yami Gautam and Emraan Hashmi, the movie tackles a serious subject and carries strong emotional depth.

The film is based on the Shah Bano Case and follows a legal-drama format. It focuses on women’s rights issues, especially within the Muslim community. Both Yami and Emraan appear in fresh characters linked to the legal profession.

Early reviews suggest that Haq is a moving and powerful film with a relevant social message. Critics and viewers who watched it are praising its emotional strength and sensitive storytelling.

However, the biggest challenge is its low buzz. Many people were not aware of the release. The marketing efforts were limited, with only a few public appearances from Yami and Emraan and no major promotional push.

While the film has strong content and good early reception, the limited awareness may restrict its box-office growth. There is hope that once Haq arrives on OTT, it might find a wider audience and unlock its true potential.
