How Is 2.0 Hindi Doing?

With the latest information we have got, ‘2.0‘ is having a decent run with the Hindi dubbed version in the Hindi speaking belt. The first day collections were decent (20 Cr Nett) and though there was a slight drop in the second-day collections (18 cr Nett), the movie is expected to pick up on the weekdays.

Saturday and Sunday are going to be very crucial for the movie and would help the movie. It has to hold well for the next two weeks to be declared a hit in Bollywood. By the way, ‘2.0’ has to earn more than Rs. 150 crores to reach the hit status. It’s not easy, though. According to the updates, the movie has so far collected Rs. 38 crore plus. It needs a stable Saturday and a decent push on Sunday.

We know that ‘2.0’ is advertised as India’s costliest movie. So, it should have created a havoc at the box-office as Baahubali did after being publicised as India’s ‘Biggest Film’. ‘Baahubali’ came and conquered and lived up to the hype that was built around it in Bollywood belt as India’s Biggest Movie. Nevertheless, ‘2.0’ decent run in Hindi is a bit satisfying if not exhilarating.
