Teaser Talk: Unexpected Surprise

The movie Kedarnath marking the debut of Sara Ali Khan has been one of the keenly awaited films before it hit troubled waters and got delayed endlessly. After clearing the controversies, the movie picked a date, and then 2.0 snatched it away by announcing arrival at the same time.

2.0’s announcement was seen as a killer blow, and Sara Ali Khan too moved to a new film, Simmba – the remake of Telugu Temper. With no release date in sight for Kedarnath, Simmba was seen as the debut of Sara until now.

However, out of the blue, the makers of Kedarnath have announced its release date, and what’s more, a teaser too is out. Surprisingly, the visuals don’t look dated and in fact, give a grand feel. One can be assured; it won’t be a run of the mill kind of love story. The backdrop of holy pilgrimage and floods are sensationally captured. If the music is a hit, Kedarnath will have its share of the audience despite 2.0 arriving a week before.

The new release date is December 7th which means Kedarnath will indeed be the debut movie of Sara Ali Khan. Abhishek Kapoor directs the movie which stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead.
