The actress perfected the look in the black dress for an event as such, but only that looked different from her regular cute looks with bulging cheeks. Her different looks made haters think she got a surgery done and make outrageous comments on her pictures.

Well, Kiara has put a full stop to all those trolls with just one comment. She asked people to calm down and not jump to conclusions looking at her bubbly cheeks saying, “it was no doctor just yummy biryani from the night before.” It is so easy for someone to imagine and finalize something even without an ounce of knowledge on what might have happened. That was one heck of a thug reply from the actress for the trolls. What say?
