She is now back with another movie that talks about geopolitics. The teaser of ‘Mulk’ is so impressive that it gives us big hope that Taapsee Pannu is once again going to be placed on the altar for the portrayal of a genuine character while addressing an issue in society.

She is seen playing a lawyer and veteran actor Rishi Kapoor the victim who is alleged with treason and we see people demanding him to go back to Pakistan. Well, that line is enough to tell us how sensitive the issue is and we’ll know the impact only after the film’s release. A big thumbs up for Taapsee for choosing defining movies.
