No Budget for Krrish 4: Ranbir Bigger than Hrithik?

Fans of Hrithik Roshan are eagerly awaiting Krrish 4, India’s most successful Superhero franchise. However, there have been no updates on the film’s progress.

Recently, Rakesh Roshan, the filmmaker behind the series, revealed some of the reasons for the delay, including budget constraints.

In a candid interview, Rakesh admitted that one of the major issues holding back Krrish 4 is the budget limitations.

He explained that while the movie’s scale is massive, they’re unable to match the budgets of international superhero films. “Our budget doesn’t allow us to afford that much,” he added, stressing the need to focus on storytelling rather than big-budget action scenes.

He also addressed the challenge of fan expectations, particularly from children, who are exposed to a variety of superhero films. “Even the smallest mistake will be caught and criticized,” he noted, meaning the film has to be perfect in all aspects, from story to special effects.

Some fans on social media are arguing that Ranbir Kapoor has become a bigger star than Hrithik Roshan, pointing to the massive 800 crore budget of his upcoming film Ramayana. They claim that while Hrithik’s Krrish 4 is struggling with funding, Ranbir’s movie is securing a large budget.

However, it’s important to understand that Ramayana is an epic, featuring superstars like Yash, Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol. The 800-crore investment is not solely because of Ranbir, but the massive scale of the project and its multiple big names. Ranbir, while a part of the film, is just one piece of the larger puzzle.

Hrithik remains a much bigger star than Ranbir in terms of his influence and box office draw.
