No Interval Movie Gets Good Talk!

Director Vikramaditya Motwane has outdone himself with his latest project ‘Trapped‘ which is an intriguing psychological thriller based on the story of a man trapped in his own home. The film that had been kept a big secret until its release at a recent film festival has the national award winning actor Rajkummar Rao who steals the show with his a phenomenal performance.

The film is based on the premise of a man with limited resources looking for a place to live in after his marriage with his colleague which is played by Geetanjali Thapa. After struggling immensely, the character Shaurya played by Rao manages to find a flat in an isolated building that is located in the middle of the bustling city. Shaurya moves into his new flat where he gets locked inside unceremoniously. With no one knowing about his whereabouts, failing electricity, lack of water and a tone deaf watchman are Shaurya’s only companions. How Shaurya manages to escape this trapped hell is what the movie is all about!

The film Trapped’s another unique aspect is that it has no interval in order to maintain the pace of the thriller. The film is getting good reviews and is certainly one to look out for!
