Now, A Case Filed On Adipurush Actor

Like we mentioned previously, the controversial comments by Saif Ali Khan and thereby its ramifications on Adipurush are not going to end anytime soon. Here is the latest.

A case has been reportedly filed on actor Saif Ali Khan for his controversial remarks. A Civil Court advocate, Himanshu Srivastava, has filed a plea against the director Om Raut and Saif.

The petitioner claims that Saif’s remarks hurt his religious sentiments. As a firm believer in ‘Sanatan Dharma’, Ram is considered a symbol of Good whereas Raavan is seen as that of evil. To say that there will be humane side to him is blasphemous according to him.

Saif Ali Khan has already issued an apology regarding the same. But, that seems to be not enough. Wonder what the makers have to do to calm them down.

The case is filed in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. December 23rd is the date of the hearing of the case. We have to wait and see what response is taken by the makers of Adipurush.

Adipurush is Ramayan adaptation. It stars Prabhas in the lead. Om Raut of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior fame directs the epic. It will go sets in January 2021 and have an Independence Day weekend release in 2022.
