One Year After Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death, Many Qs Unanswered

Today marks the first anniversary of Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s demise. CBI has taken over the case but so far remained tight-lipped on its findings. The autopsy by doctors of AIMS ruled out any foul play but the CBI did not confirm that the actor had died by suicide and not been murdered.

Sushant has become the poster boy of the BJP for the Bihar elections. The CBI neither confirms suicide nor brings up anything to prove otherwise, indicating that someone may want the case to be open forever. Later, the case led to a drug case, and Narcotics Bureau was brought in. The case has seen many Bollywood actors getting tangled in the web.

NCB based on chats retrieved from his Girl Friend Rhea Chakraborty’s phone, registered a case against her, her brother, and others who had supplied drugs to the actor. They even had to spend some days in jail. There are allegations that BJP is trying to use this case to pull down the Shiv Sena – Congress Government in Maharashtra.

While there is no activity in the CBI case, the NCB showed some progress. Meanwhile, the fans of the actor still suspect foul play in the actor’s death. Every now and then, we see them trending on social media demanding Justice for SSR but then, the late actor continues to be a pawn for politics.
