Ranbir’s Shocking Confession: Nepo Kids Exposed?

Ranbir Kapoor recently admitted that nepotism helped him in his career, and fans called it the bare minimum. You often see people call out nepotism in Bollywood, yet some star kids still manage to win hearts through talent and effort.

Ranbir, the son of Rishi Kapoor and grandson of Raj Kapoor, grew up in a legendary film family. He shared that he understands the privilege and access that came with his background. At the same time, he said he’s had to work hard to build his own identity.

He explained that being from such a powerful film family adds pressure. If he didn’t create his own space, he wouldn’t last in the industry. Fans agreed with his honesty but also said this mindset should apply to everyone who works in films.

Bollywood is tough. Whether you come from a film family or not, you have to prove your worth to survive. Some people felt Ranbir was seeking sympathy, but others said he was just stating what’s expected from anyone in the industry.

Having famous parents might open doors, but it’s talent that keeps an actor relevant. What bothers fans isn’t that star kids debut easily it’s that they keep getting big projects even when others deserve a chance.

Self-made actors, meanwhile, fight for years just to get noticed. Even when they land roles, they’re often sidelined. Fans just want casting to depend on acting skills, not surnames.
