Ranveer Singh and director Aditya Dhar are reportedly planning a mythological action film after the release of their first collaboration, Dhurandhar. According to Rahul Raut of PeepingMoon.com, the duo began discussing the project during the shoot of Dhurandhar and are keen to extend their partnership.
Dhurandhar, an espionage thriller, has been buzzing on social media since its introduction package was unveiled, and it is slated for a grand release this December. Industry buzz suggests that the commercial performance of Dhurandhar will play a big role in deciding the future of their mythological action project.
Aditya Dhar is expected to begin scripting next year, with the film likely to go on floors in early 2027 once Ranveer Singh wraps up his ongoing projects. The upcoming action thriller Dhurandhar itself is shaping up to be a perfect comeback vehicle for Ranveer, featuring a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal.
Fans are eager to see if Ranveer and Aditya’s collaboration can deliver both in the thriller genre and in the larger-than-life mythological space.
