Star Kid’s Debut: No Guts, No Theaters, No Glory

Dharmatic Entertainment is all set to launch Ibrahim Ali Khan alongside Khushi Kapoor in the OTT platform Netflix, with Nadaaniyan. The film is supposed to be a teenage romance releasing this month and it is being promoted by the makers and stars.

While the Nepo-Kid tag is not leaving this project, fans are also sad that Ibrahim is not making his debut on the big screens. He is the son of Saif Ali Khan and had fans’ expectations high for his debut.

But hiding behind OTT doesn’t seem very brave. The numbers can be easily manipulated there and fake PR reviews have become the trend these days.

He should have faced the audience on the big screen to prove his worth as an actor, even if the film flopped a theatre release would have been more respectful. With the release of its romantic number and posters the excitement around the project doesn’t seem very heavy.

Some netizens pointed out that Ibrahim has the looks of his father if he could show some acting talent his career can take over. But for that he would also need the guts to face masses at the box office.
