SRK clicks but collections don’t

SRK’s FAN was one of the most awaited films in the recent times. Right from the day the teaser was released, the film carried some thumping expectations. The film finally released yesterday to some mixed reactions.

While a section of audience missed the regular song and romance routine from SRK, some others hailed the film as SRK’s best. Some heavy duty praises have been hurled at the actor for his performance in a double role.

But the fact here is that the film collected only 19 crores on the day one which is drastically less when compared to his previous films like Chennai Express and Dilwale. So it is a mixed bag for the Baadhshah of Bollywood where he receives critical acclaim but the all important money is missing completely.
