Shocking Expose on Shah Rukh Khan’s King: Not Expected

The logo of KING, the highly anticipated action thriller starring Shah Rukh Khan, has triggered a heated debate on social media. Many users are questioning whether the design choice suits a film of this scale.

Released recently, the logo features a bold red crown with a blood dripping effect set against a black background. The symbol appears to represent power and danger, aligning with the film’s action driven theme.

While some fans appreciated the striking visual, others strongly criticised it. Several users pointed out similarities between the KING logo and designs already used by foreign artists.

One user compared it to the 2023 Spotify album cover Todo Ma Ve Genial by Lorenzo, Percy G, and JGO, which also features a red dripping crown. The resemblance sparked further discussion online.

Another comparison was drawn with the mobile game Cursed Reign by QuackTales. Its icon reportedly uses an almost identical crown design, adding fuel to the plagiarism debate.

Due to these similarities, opinions remain divided. Some users labelled the logo a “straight up copy” and accused the designers of being lazy and unoriginal.

These critics argued that the logo amounts to blatant plagiarism. They also said audiences deserve better originality from Bollywood and its creative teams.

On the other hand, several users defended the design. They claimed the symbol is too generic to qualify as plagiarism and noted that dripping crown visuals are common in stock imagery.

However, even some defenders admitted disappointment. They felt choosing a generic symbol for a title as big as KING was an underwhelming creative decision.

Bollywood has often faced criticism for compromising originality to appeal to mass audiences. Many users believe this controversy highlights that ongoing issue.

Despite the backlash, the team behind KING has not issued any official statement so far. The film is scheduled to release on December 24, 2026, and is expected to be one of the biggest action releases of the year.
