Actor Sharad Kapoor, known for his work in films like Josh, Tamanna, and Dastak, has found himself in legal trouble as a case has been registered against him by a 32-year-old woman who accused him of sexual harassment.
The complaint was filed against Kapoor, stating that he allegedly invited the victim to his house under the pretext of work but proceeded to make advances towards her after inviting her into his bedroom.
The inappropriate gesture from Kapoor left the woman startled. As per her account, she found Sharad disrobed, and upon his advances, she managed to flee. As of now, investigations are underway under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The 32-year-old woman’s plea has been filed, and the investigation is underway. The case has been registered under Sections 74, 75, and 79 of the Indian Penal Code (Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita). The case was filed in Khar, where the actor resides. Mumbai Police has called him for further questioning.
