Superstar’s 6 hr make up to play 24 yr old!

Shah Rukh Khan is currently working on his highly anticipated movie ‘Fan’ and from what we hear, he will be playing a double role in the film. The actor, in a recent chat, revealed some details about the upcoming film and his experiences filming it.

Khan, who will be portraying the roles of a superstar and his young fan in this upcoming venture, said the movie was very challenging, especially physically. The movie, which is set to hit the screens in April this year, features Shah Rukh as superstar Aryan Khanna and his devoted fan Gaurav Chanana, one who also happens to like Khanna.

To get the look of the young 24 year old admirer, Shah Rukh had to sit tight for nearly three hours. The actor stated that it initially took six hours to put on the make-up but later reduced to two-and-half or three hours. The film, under the direction of Maneesh Sharma, will explore the relationship between a superstar and his look-alike fan.
