If we see the trailer of ‘Dear Dad’, his comeback movie in Hindi, one has to agree that he is adept at choosing roles which have substance. The trailer shows Aravind Swamy playing his age, as a father of a 14-year old son. The trailer depicts an intriguing saga of the father-son duo.

The drama enfolds in the form of a road trip from his place to his son’s hostel in Manali. The conflict between the father and son and the theme of a road trip enriches the concept and leaves us wanting for more. Since it’s going to come in first week of May, our wait isn’t going to be too long.
