Trailer Talk: Good But Reveals Too Much

The theatrical trailer of new Akshay Kumar film touching an urgent and relevant issue in a commercial format is out. The name of the movie is Toilet Ek Prem Katha, and that should be enough to tell what problem it is focusing.

The trailer without any doubt is good. It shows both the fun and serious moments with the right cuts. If there is any problem, then it is that perhaps it shows too much to leave anything for imagination. A Little bit of restraint on that score could have made the theatrical better. Thanks to the trailer, Toilet Ek Prem Katha with no buzz whatsoever is now a talking point all over.

Check out the trailer for the movie below. Toilet Ek Prem Katha releases worldwide on August 11 for Independence Day weekend. Could this different yet commercial entertainer be the biggest hit of Akshay Kumar’s career?
