Lack of sufficient police force, possible violations of labour laws and the additional costs of maintaining the infrastructure and staff are some of the few things plaguing all the major cities and towns in the country. Experts say this can lead to more employment opportunities but major concerns like payment of minimum wages and working hours can emerge.

Police have to be deployed in huge numbers during nights as well which is a major challenge to keep the law and order situation under control. For business owners, Cost escalation and maintaining the property and infrastructure 24×7 will be a challenge and they have to strike balance with the night business and the cost escalation. So this model law is bringing its own challenges to all.
