A Day Later – Singam 3 Backtracks Again

After numerous reports about postponement surfaced recently, the makers of Singam 3 made a grand announcement that it will arrive on Republic Day, no matter what. Even before 24 hours have been completed, the official statement has been backtracked again.

Due to the ongoing Jallikattu issue, a peaceful protest that turned violent, the makers of Singam 3 has confirmed to distributors that the release has been delayed. A new release date will be announced soon. But whatever may be the next date, the interest on the movie would not be same as it was with Republic Day release.

Suriya was banking big time on the Singam series to hit a big one commercially. But the way its release has been handled, the big buzz on the action entertainer has been diluted.
