“A Popular Website Was Paid to Spread Negativity”

Burning Star Sampoornesh Babu and the director Sai Rajesh’s emotional speeches in the pre-release event felt genuine when they shared their long struggle to get the film release finally. They fought and crossed many hurdles to take Kobbarimatta to a release date and speaking about the film, Samppornesh Babu said he will stop doing movies if Kobbari Matta is not working.

Confirming that he would abide by that word, Sampoo told that he strongly believes Kobbarimatta will surely make the audience laugh to the core and will do well just like his Hrudaya Kaleyam did. Also, they have put their blood and soul for the film to have this output and struggled a lot to clear the project from financial issues and then get it on screens.

Speaking of the pain that he went through, the director Sai Rajesh revealed that a popular website was paid to spread negativity about him as if he cheated his producers and because of that his film suffered very badly. According to Rajesh, that famous website and the main person behind that hold that power to destroy or make a filmmaker like him and they are just misusing it to drag down the powerless people like him.

Anyway, Kobbarimatta in its own way garnered fair attention with its songs and the long 3-minute dialogue of Sampoo. Even if it gets the minimal run the makers would get most of their investment back. Let’s see if this is going to be Samppo’s last film or not.
