These days, it has become extremely common for the common public to gauge the performance of a film based on the hourly bookings trend it displays on online ticketing platforms.

Now we have the case of two notable Telugu films that have arrived at the ticket counters in the form of Aadarsha Kutumbam and Cult.

If we have a look at the hourly booking trends on BookMyShow regarding both these films, which happened to release in theatres today, October 30, the outcome is as below.

Venkatesh and Trivikram film is able to sell around 10,000 tickets per hour, as of the moment that we are typing this article. This is a very reasonable number in the usual market, but considering the combination value, a bit more might be expected.

Then we have the case of Vishwak Sen’s Cult, which has not yet entered the hourly bookings trend on BookMyShow. The film has sold around 10,000 tickets in the last 24 hours and that’s about it.

There is a significant bit of catching up to do for both the films that have released today, and they will have to make the most of the existing vacuum at the Tollywood box office. They need to start firing as soon as possible.

We have the Diwali weekend coming up next week and that can contribute to the revenue, but for now these two films have to hold the momentum in the opening weekend first.
