Dacoit: A Love Story, starring Adivi Sesh, is hitting headlines after Shruti Haasan reportedly walked out of the project due to alleged disagreements and attitude issues with the team.
Shruti, who had worked on the film for a few days has now officially quit the film.
The makers have now finalized Mrunal Thakur as the female lead, marking her fourth Telugu film after Sita Ramam, Hi Nanna, and Family Star. Mrunal joined the shoot on December 12, immediately participating in a night schedule.
The announcement of the new female lead was teased with a pre-reveal poster showing a gun-wielding woman alongside Adivi Sesh, sparking fan speculation. The official reveal is planned for December 17, coinciding with Sesh’s birthday.
