Allu Sirish’s ‘ABCD: American Born Confused Desi’ has underperformed at the box-office but the team went on to hold success meets and even the lead pair gave interviews claiming success. Now, Sirish wrote an open letter about the failure of the movie.

On the occasion of his birthday, Sirish shared a post thanking the audiences for the support and accepting that their movie didn’t do well despite the hard work put in by the entire team. He was sorry that they couldn’t entertain the audiences this time, but promised that he would do better in the future.

All said and done, it takes immense strength to accept one’s movie’s failure even after celebrating in the form of success meets. However, this leaves us wondering about the authenticity of all those success meets that happen after the release of new films. Nonetheless, we must appreciate Sirish for his openness. What say?
