
Clearly in the business aspect of these films I is leading as the film comes with big names backing it. First of all it’s directed by Shankar and then comes the backing given by top producer Aascar Ravichandran. On the other side it’s AM Rathnam who is on a comeback trail with Ajith film and it has a very urban director Gautam Menon at helm.
Still the fans were optimistic as Ajith clearly is the bigger star among the two and this was evident when the fans got to know that many theatres have already decided to screen Ajith’s film for Pongal. But they were in for a rude shock today when producer of I released the first theatre list of his film and it contained the same theatres which were supposed to screen Yennai Arindhaal. One has to wait and see how AM Rathnam tackles the might of Aascar Ravichandran.
