Akhil’s Mr. Majnu Is Not the Original?

Akhil is coming with Mr. Majnu, the classic playboy role that went very well in Akkineni’s family for decades. His father and his father were the romance kings in the Telugu cinema and now Akhil is trying his luck with the most working role for his family. Also, the teaser showed it all where the boy keeps switching the girls in each shot. These lines should ring a bell for ones who follow Bollywood cinema well.

The bottom line of the film can be related to that of Ranbir Kapoor’s Bachna Ae Haseeno. While one calls it an inspiration, some call it a free make. Well, we cannot judge on that until the film is out. But usually, all the love romantic films anywhere have the same basic storyline that we can relate to quite a few films but according to a report in TOI, a source from the unit confirmed it and the director took the basic plot line and made changes to it.

This is the film is no easy one to go with for Akhil who is desperately waiting for a hit after the disastrous failures of his last. Let us see how would the playboy thing that is pretty lucky for their family would go for Akhil now.
