Akhil’s Ball Moves Again – Will It Stay?

Akhil’s second project is literally left in the air when we came to know that Hanu Raghavapudi isn’t directing it as reported earlier. There had also been a buzz that Maruthi might come into the scene if ‘Babu Bangaram’ becomes a hit. But it got mixed response from the critics.

Eventually, the ball had moved out of Maruthi’s court even. Now, director Vikram Kumar’s name is making rounds that he is getting a love story ready for Akhil. ‘Manam’ director has been in good books of Nagarjuna since he gave a massive hit for the Akkineni’s family film.

However, as of now we can’t say whether it is the passing buzz or a final call. We can’t be sure unless we get a solid confirmation from the Akkhineni camp. Unlike Akhil’s enthusiastic earlier announcement, Nagarjuna might not be hasty to confirm it until the film takes off. Let’s wait.
