Top star's real life connection with remake!

VIjay is famous for remakes from Tollywood. Likewise, Akshay is also famous for his remakes from southern language. Already, Akshay did remake of Vijay Thuppakki in Hindi as Holiday which fared well at the Box office.

Now, he is doing another remake of Vijays film Kaththi. Kaththi story revolves around farmers suicide issue added with potential commercial elements. Akshay already known to has big heart with his recent 50lakhs donation to farmers and also he raised another 50lakhs at an event for this noble cause. This farmers connection brings a real life connection with the film Kaththi.

The Hindi remake will be jointly produced by Lyca Productions and A.R. Murugadoss.

Last year Kaththi released and stood as blockbuster in Kollywood. In the meanwhile, Akshays recent film Airlift teaser got released and got more than 2 million views 24 hours.
